Niche: Custom concrete homes - 3,000-10,000 square feet.  Generally to empty-nesters, building last home.

Tip for someone planning to have a home built: Continuous communication with your builder is essential.  Find a builder you can trust.

One thing you tell every customer: Building a one-of-a-kind home is a problem solving exercise.  Hire the right team and you'll have a successful project.

Best advice you ever received: Treat people the way you would like to be treated.  Sometimes they will return the favor.  (From my father)

Favorite room in your house: Entry/foyer...sets the tone of the home

What new trends are you seeing in home building?  Smaller square footage with higher quality of materials

Most unusual design request: All of our homes are one-of-a-kind so we've seen quite a few usual requests.
